…but you can tuna fish! I’m so funny! I whipped up this guy on Tuesday:
Project: If it smells like fish, it ain’t my dish
Yarn: Lily’s Sugar n Creme Cotton
Weight: Worsted, I think
Hook: Size H (5mm)
Pattern: Fish Dish/Wash Cloth from Dishcloth Corner
This was a quick and easy pattern to follow. I think he just took me two episodes of South Park to make. I’ve had a hard time convincing the husband that no, it’s not too nice to use. Normally, I try to avoid cotton yarns because I just don’t like the way they feel in my hands (especially Pima! Eugh!) but this wasn’t too awful to use. I know, I’m weird. I also hate the way corduroy feels and squeaks when it rubs against each other. That I blame on my mom forcing me to wear this mud brown corduroy overalls when I was in kindergarten. Getting it off to go to the bathroom always felt like an awful race against the clock. Add to the annoying squeak that only got louder if I ran faster and you’ve made me scarred for life.
Sometimes, I’m beyond help.
