For something totally different, I thought that I would try my hand at some knitting haikus.
Haiku #1: The clicking needle in hand
Creates a new hat.
Heads are warm and happy.
Haiku #2: Please cat, let go of my yarn.
I knit for my self.
I don’t need drool in my sock.
Haiku #3: No, I won’t knit you a cardi.
It takes too much time!
Besides, you can’t afford me.
Haiku #4: The knitting ninja knits to
Contemplate life’s truth,
“When to frog or not to frog?”
Haiku #5: Sister Toni, my dearest,
Here is your blog post.
Now will you leave me alone?
These are so much fun! I’m looking forward to seeing what totally different blog posts other people come up with.

cat drool I can relate to that, also the fact that she has to sleep under my elbow
I can identify with the cat drool haiku too! Great stuff!
