While this is a quick-ish knit, I do feel like it’s been the subject of a lot of blog posts. Ah well. I’m an inch away from starting the ribbing and subsequent bind off so the end is sort of in sight!

I’m just not sure if I’ll have enough yarn to last me both sleeves. I’m holding off on buying more but I’m seriously worried at this point. I haven’t been working on this or my socks in favor of finishing up a bunch of different projects. I’m going to have quite a bit of blog worthy photos to share for the next three Fridays. Come back on Friday to see part one!
As always, hit up Tami’s for more project goodness.

Sorry, the comment form is closed at this time.
The yarn of your featherweight cardigan is lovely shade of blue(I hope it’s blue that’s the color it appears to be in my moniter, please correct me if I’m wrong). I hope you have a enough yarn to finish your project.
I love hearing about your progress, because I’m making a cardigan myself and pretty close to the same point you are. Good luck finishing it up, I hope you have enough yarn.
Love the colour. I hope you have enough yarn!
Ahhh… lace weight can be really deceiving, so I’m going to maintain hope that you have enough yarn to make it through.
I was going to offer the same suggestion as Alittlebitsheepish about dividing the yarn for the sleeves. As a bonus, if you do run out of yarn and need to get another skein, you’ll join the new skein at the same point on both sleeves, so if the dye lots aren’t a perfect match, at least it will be symmetrical instead of having two different-colored sleeves!
My other advice for the Featherweight is to be sure to bind off VERY loosely. Like, so loosely that it seems ridiculous. I thought that mine was bound off loosely enough, but it’s still a little snug, and the yarn I used just won’t stand up to being ripped back.
Anyway, it looks lovely. Good luck!
That looks so deliciously soft and awesome.
Is your header from a company that makes tees, etc. with little crafting ninjas?
I don’t know. The icon was made by another Ravelry member.
The yarn is a lovely colour. You could make the sleeves shorter if you weigh the yarn, divide it into two balls and work until you run out
